Mulkharka Hotels
Mulkharka is a typical Nepali style small village settlement
inside the Shivapuri Nargarjun National Park. The multi
ethnic village is inhabited by Tamangs, Sherpas, and Newars.
Mulkharka offers great views of the Kathmandu Valley and is

Namobuddha
Although it is not a designated stop-off on the Kathmandu
Valley Cultural Trekking Trail, it is however a beautiful
place to stay for those that have the time. The area is a
popular Buddhist pilgrimage destination, where the Buddha
sacrificed his flesh to feed a starving tigress and her five
cubs. There is a beautiful monastery on the hill, by the
famous Namobuddha stupa and fantastic views of the Himalaya
